2009.04.03: Austria, Lower Austria, district Mdling, 325 m AMSL, heath close to Pinus nigra trees (Perchtoldsdorfer Heide).Flowering begins on the first relatively warm spring days, even earlier than Adonis vernalis: february/march or april; this year flowering began late as it was rainy and fairly cold in march.Relatively rare as its habitat has become rare.German names: Gross-Kchenschelle (Kuhschelle), Pannonische K.ID: Fischer, Exkursionsflora 3rd
