common darter
Description:
larger and so much betterThis beautiful common darter was on the wing in the lee of a line of sycamore trees, keeping out of the strong cold wind. It alighted on this fallen dry leaf to catch a few rays and warm up whilst graciously and obligingly allowing me to take a few pictures.
