Description:
Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco var. glauca (Beissn.) Franco (or (Mayr) Franco ?). Young cones with their spreading bracts coupled with the bluish-green to dark-green needles in part distinguish the interior from the coastal variety.September 5, 2011, Wasatch Plateau, Huntington Canyon, northwestern corner of Emery County, Utah at approx. 7,195 ft. elev.
