Description: Italiano: Un particolare del basamento del muro medievale ove sorgeva la "Porta Pediculosa", in cui è ben visibile il graffito del pidocchio da cui secondo la tradizione deriva il nome della porta medievale (infatti da sud entravano coloro che provenivano dalla campagna). English: A detail from the basement of the medieval wall, where is located the "Porta Pediculosa" (the southern medieval city gate, whose name in italian sounds similar to "lousy gate"), it is quite visible the drawing of a louse: according to tradition from which derived the name of the city gate (from-the-south entered the peasant of the countryside).
