Making progress (15086259617)
Description:
Description: There’s still a long way to go in southern sea otter recovery, but we’re making progress. This year’s population index shows numbers are holding steady around 3,000 according to a new report by our U.S. Geological Survey partners. Surveys are conducted in the summer via telescope observations from shore and via low-flying aircraft. Photo by Lilian Carswell/USFWS. Date: 27 February 2013, 05:54. Source: Making progress.
