Au milieu, Aster Tripolium. Sur les feuilles on voit la boue déposée par la marée du 10 septembre 1904. Cette espèce habite tout le schorre depuis les fonds (il y en a des exemplaires, encore sans fleurs, sur la planche 49) jusqu’à la limite supérieure ; elle persiste même après l’endiguement (planche 66). Le grand exemplaire de droite a des capitules entourés de nombreuses fleurs unilabiées ; ceux de gauche ont moins de fleurs rayonnantes, ou même pas du tout.
