Description:

Family: AsclepiadaceaeSyn. Pergularia extensa, Daemia extensa. Distribution: Common and abundantly seen on hedges and bushes. Native of Tropical Africa, and Tropical Asia.Perennial herbaceous climbers with milky latex. Leaves 2-8x1.5-9cm, broadly cordate, acute, base deeply cordate, coriaceous. Flowers 1-1.2cm across, greenish-yelow in 7-9cm axillary drooping umbellate cymes. Flowers pedicellate, hispid.
