Ascia monuste (Great Southern White)
Description:
The black mangrove trees on Munyon Island are still filled with fluttering whites. Here are a couple more photos featuring the females. They were greatly outnumbered by the males. The blue tips of the antennae were present but did not capture well in the intense sunlight.
