Description: Feathery Friday’s bragging thread this week’s theme is “one of your best”; not necessarily one of my best shots, but a favorite of mine. I knew it had to be one of my eagle shots. I like lots of my bird shots for lots of reasons, but an eagle is in a class all of it’s own. One of my many hopes during my recent visit to Florida was to see a bald eagle. I was very excited to find not one but a pair of American bald eagles and their nest. Another reason an eagle is a favorite of mine is because it is an American bald eagle, my country’s national bird, an awesome and magnificent bird!. Date: Taken on 10 November 2009, 14:08. Source:
