I and Sam Fuller documented that U. imbecilis had been established at Pickering Creek in Pa. Pickering Creek is part of the Schuylkill River watershed which is part of the Delaware River watershed. If you look at the below web site New York Metropolitan Region and New Jersey Freshwater Mussel Identification Handbook which is on line you will find that they have recognized that U. imbicilis is part of the NY/NJ Unionid mussel fauna.
