Xylotrechus colonus, the "Rustic Borer". These very wasp-like beetles are attracted to lights, and I see a few every summer. The antennae are shorter than those of most longhorn beetles, enhancing the wasp-like appearance. Body length, 13 mm.Edit. Thanks to a helpful expert on iNaturalist, who identified a male from another image, I can say this is a female!
