Top part of the tall inflorescence of Aloe christianii. This picture was taken in its natural habitat, on the Makonde plateau of northern Mozambique (about 600 m.a.s.).

Seeds are large with very wide wings. These seeds were collected from Mount Ribaue (Nampula Province in Mozambique) about 800 m.a.s.

On the Makonde Plateau in Northern Mozambique. Here in its natural habitat. Vegetation of grasses and shrubs, prone to fire in the dry season.
