Isertia hypoleuca is a species of tree in the family Rubiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Acre (Brazil), Mato Grosso, Amazônia, Pará, RondôNia, and Roraima. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Fiery Topaz, Fork-tailed Woodnymph, White-necked Jacobin, and Great-billed Hermit.
