Pelexia novofriburgensis is a species of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Pernambuco, Distrito Federal, Espirito Santo, Paraná, Rio De Janeiro, Mata Atlântica, Cerrado, Rio Grande Do Sul, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, and SãO Paulo.
