Description

Laxly branched erect annual herb, up to c. 50 cm tall. Branches pinkish red, hairless. Leaves opposite, linear, up to 4 cm long, hairless; margin entire. Flowers terminal and axillary, solitary, with 4 white or pink, petal-like appendages. Capsule deeply 3-lobed, c. 2 mm in diameter, hairless, exserted on a reflexed pedicel.
