Lemmus lemmus (Norway Lemming) is a species of Rodentia in the family Cricetidae. They are native to the Palearctic. They are solitary, diurnal herbivores. Individuals are known to live for 24 months. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care).
