Brachypelma klaasi (Mexican Pink Tarantula) is a species of spiders in the family tarantulas. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to The Neotropics. They are solitary, diurnal carnivores. They have parental care (female provides care).

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
