Cataxipha is a genus of moths belonging to the family Tineidae.[1] It contains only one species, Cataxipha euxantha, which is found in Cameroon.[2]

Cataxipha euxantha is een vlinder uit de familie echte motten (Tineidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1965 door Gozmány.
De soort komt voor in tropisch Afrika.
