Distoechurus pennatus (Feather Tailed Possum) is a species of mammals in the family Acrobatidae. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They are solitary, nocturnal omnivores. Individuals are known to live for 24 months and can grow to 117.66 mm. Reproduction is viviparous. They have parental care (female provides care).
