Neocoenyra pinheyi is a butterfly in the family Nymphalidae. It is found in northern and south-central Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of open thorn-bush country at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 meters.

Neocoenyra pinheyi is een vlinder uit de onderfamilie Satyrinae van de familie Nymphalidae.[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1961 door Robert Herbert Carcasson.
