Scleractinia (Stony Corals) is an order of cnidarians. There are 3653 species of Stony Corals, in 780 genera and 125 families. It includes groups like Fungiacyathidae, Acrosmiliidae, and Caryophylliid Corals. Dead Stony Corals form shallow marine sediments. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.
