An Osprey patrols a small lake on Orcas Island, Washington, and peeps his peeping "song". Ospreys feed almost entirely on fish, and it's great fun to see one swoop low over the water and snatch a trout from the surface, then position it like a torpedo under him for the flight home.

Old Hickory Lake, Wilson County, TN. This Osprey was pretty far away and I didn't realize he had two fish until I uploaded. I wonder how/where an Osprey lands when it's carrying a fish in each talon?
