Caudex simple, erect, thick. Outer caudex leaves scalelike, triangular-suborbicular. Inner caudex leaves leaflike; petiole 0.6-3.5 cm; leaf blade linear to oblong, 1.5-3 × 0.3-0.8 mm, apex long caudate. Flowering stems simple, erect, slender, delicate. Stem leaves alternate, narrowly ovate to ovate-linear, 7-14 × 1.3-2.2 mm, margin entire, apex obtuse. Inflorescences corymbiform, lax. Flowers bisexual, unequally 5-merous. Sepals lanceolate, 2.5-4 × 1-1.8 mm. Petals suboblong, 3.7-6.2 × 1.4-2 mm, abaxially apically keeled, margin entire, apex acute. Stamens 10; antesepalous ones 3-6 mm; antepetalous ones 1.5-3.2 mm, inserted at middle of petals. Nectar scales subquadrangular, 0.5-0.6 × 0.6-0.9 mm, apex emarginate. Carpels basally connate for ca. 1 mm. Styles 1.4-2 mm. Follicles erect, few seeded. Seeds subobovoid-oblong, ca. 1.3 mm. Fl. Jul-Sep, fr. Aug-Dec.
