There are two opinion, one stated that A. stipulatum is accepted name from synonimous A. bicuspidatum, while other stated that those two name are different. But, the valid one refers to A. stipulatum as an accepted name. Seidenfaden originally determined a specimen from Thailand as A. bicuspidatum.
