Protothelenella leucothelia (Nyl.) H. Mayrhofer & Poelt

Protothelenella leucothelia är en lavart^[1] som först beskrevs av William Nylander och som fick sitt nu gällande namn av Helmut Mayrhofer och Josef Poelt.

Protothelenella leucothelia ingår i släktet Protothelenella och familjen Protothelenellaceae.^[2][3] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.^[4] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.^[2]
