Rhinella marina (Cane Toad) is a species of amphibians in the family toads. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Honduras, Belize, Guyana, Trinidad And Tobago, Suriname, French Guiana, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, El Salvador, The Neotropics, Peru, Brazil, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, The Nearctic, Argentina, Mexico, Central America, Ecuador, United States, Paraguay, and Bolivia. They are solitary, nocturnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 238 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on saltation to move around.
