Life History, Abundance, Activity, and Special Behaviors

provided by AmphibiaWeb articles
This species has only recently been discovered, and more information is needed on its extent of occurrence, status and ecological requirements. It is not known from any protected areas. Serious deforestation due to timber harvesting is taking place at its only known locality. It is probably also being affected by forest loss due to agricultural encroachment and human settlement (Vallan and Glaw 2008).
