2011-05-13 Lower Austria, district Bruck/Leitha (in a - temporarily? - abandoned gravel pit - on rough gravel with hardly any humus covering; 250 msm Quadrant 7965/2).Not uncommon but avoiding carbonaceous soil; here, on 'raw' gravel, it seems to feel at home.German name: Zwerg-SauerampferSeveral sub-species are native to Austria, but to determine those fruit are necessary, which haven't developed here yet; I'll try and visit that place later in the year for sub-species ID.
