Symphyotrichum novi-belgii (New York Aster) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Canada, The Contiguous United States, and The Americas. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Common Eastern Bumblebee, brimstone, Monarch, and Argyreus hyperbius.
