Oxytropis splendens (Whorled Locoweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family legumes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Canada. They have compound, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Osmia longula, Icaricia saepiolus, and Drasteria hudsonica. Individuals can grow to 1 feet.
