Brachyteles hypoxanthus (Northern Muriqui) is a species of primates in the family atelid monkeys. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN and in cites appendix i. They are found in The Neotropics. They visit flowers of Mabea fistulifera. They are diurnal. Individuals can grow to 514 mm.
