The red-tailed bristlebill (Bleda syndactylus) or common bristlebill, is a species of songbird in the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. It is widely present throughout the African tropical rainforest.
The red-tailed bristlebill was originally described in the genus Dasycephala (a synonym for Attila).
