The green-tailed bristlebill (Bleda eximius) is a species of songbird in the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. It is found in West Africa from Sierra Leone to Ghana. Its natural habitat is tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss. The green-tailed bristlebill was originally described in the genus Trichophorus (a synonym for Criniger).[2] Formerly, some authorities considered the yellow-lored bristlebill as conspecific with the green-tailed bristlebill.

El bulbul coliverde (Bleda eximius)[2]​ es una especie de ave paseriforme de la familia Pycnonotidae propia de África occidental.

Distribución y hábitat

Se encuentra únicamente en África occidental, distribuido por el suroeste de Ghana, el sur de Costa de Marfil, Liberia Guinea y Sierra Leona. Su hábitat natural son las selvas tropicales húmedas. Está amenazado por la pérdida de hábitat.

Keltasukasnokka (Bleda eximius)[2] on bulbulien heimoon kuuluva varpuslintu.

Levinneisyys

Keltasukasnokkaa tavataan Norsunluurannikolla, Ghanassa, Guineassa, Liberiassa ja Sierra Leonessa. Se on vähenemässä elinympäristöjen tuhoutumisen vuoksi, ja se on luokiteltu silmälläpidettäväksi. Vuonna 2008 laji luokiteltiin vaarantuneeksi, mutta tutkimusten mukaan keltasukasnokka ei ole niin altis elinympäristömuutoksille kuin ennen luultiin, joten sen uhanalaisuusluokka laskettiin silmälläpidettäväksi uusimmassa uhanalaisuusarvioinnissa.[1]

Répartition

On le trouve en Afrique de l'Ouest dans le sud-ouest du Ghana, au sud de la Côte d'Ivoire, au Libéria, au sud de la Guinée et au sud de la Sierra Leone.

Habitat

Son habitat naturel est les forêts humides tropicales en plaine.

Il est menacé par la disparition de son habitat.

D'après Alan P. Peterson, il existe 2 sous-espèces :
