Anticomitas vivens Powell 1942

Anticomitas vivens is a species of sea snail in the family Pseudomelatomidae.^[1] It is the only species in the genus Anticomitas.^[2]

Description

The length of the shell attains 9.5 mm, its diameter 4 mm.

Distribution

This marine species is endemic to New Zealand, where it occurs off Three Kings Islands.

Anticomitas vivens is een slakkensoort uit de familie van de Pseudomelatomidae.^[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1942 door Powell.
