Gari costulata is a species of mussels in the family Psammobiidae. They are native to Angolan Exclusive Economic Zone, Cape Verde, Indian Ocean, and Guinea-Bissau. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 25.3 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are facultatively mobile animals.
