De kleine hoefijzerworm[2] (Phoronis hippocrepia Wright, 1856) is een soort hoefijzerworm (Phoronida).
Verspreidingsgebied
De kleine hoefijzerworm komt wijdverspreid voor.[3] In Nederland komt hij o.a. voor in de Grevelingen en Oosterschelde.[2]
Larve
De larve van de kleine hoefijzerworm wordt in de wetenschappelijke literatuur ook wel als aparte soort beschreven onder de naam Actinotrocha hippocrepia[4]
