Cephalorhynchus commersonii (Black And White Dolphin) is a species of mammals in the family Delphinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and The Neotropics. They are carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 216 months and can grow to 174 cm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and lift powered swimming to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
