Malaclemys terrapin (Diamondback Turtle) is a species of turtles in the family Emydidae. They are listed as vulnerable by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to The Nearctic and Atlantic Ocean. They are diurnal omnivores. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is oviparous.
