Carcharhinus limbatus (Blacktip Shark) is a species of modern sharks in the family requiem sharks. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Indian Ocean. Individuals can grow to 340 cm. Reproduction is viviparous and iteroparous. They rely on swimming and carcharhiniform to move around.
