Cephaloscyllium ventriosum (Swell Shark) is a species of modern sharks in the family cat sharks. They are native to Pacific Ocean. They are solitary, nocturnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 110 cm. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and carcharhiniform to move around.
