Brosme brosme (Tusk) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family Lotidae. They are listed as endangered by COSEWIC. They are native to the Palearctic, The Nearctic, and Atlantic Ocean. They are solitary, nocturnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 120 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on swimming to move around.
