Microlipophrys adriaticus (Adriatic Blenny) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family combtooth blennies. They are solitary omnivores. Individuals can grow to 5.5 cm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is iteroparous and oviparous.
