Tripos sumatranus is a species of in the family Ceratiaceae. They are native to SãO Paulo, Rio De Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Amapá, Paraná, Rio Grande Do Sul, Bahia, Santa Catarina, Ceará, and Pernambuco.
