Polygala sanguinea (Blood Milkwort) is a species of annual herb in the family Polygalaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have samaras. Flowers are visited by Perilampus platigaster, Toxomerus geminatus, Mordellistena aspersa, and Meromyza americana.
