Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) is a species of shrub in the family Simmondsiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, North America, and United States. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Parancistrocerus declivatus, Honey bee, and Queen. Individuals can grow to 7 feet.
