Description
provided by Flora of Zimbabwe
Branched perennial, up to 1 m. Leaves variously lobed or pinnately compound. Flowers drooping, solitary or several at the ends of stems or branches, softly hairy. Fruits "bearded" with the persistent plumose style forming a mass of silvery threads, making the plants an equally attractive sight both during and after the flowering time.
