Helianthus laetiflorus (Cheerful Sunflower) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. Flowers are visited by Ichneumon ambulatorius, Golden-legged Mydas Fly, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Allognosta fuscitarsis.
