Maxillaria chrysantha is a species of herb in the family orchids. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and SãO Paulo.
