Description

Low growing perennial, growing from a tuber. Leaves elliptic to slightly obovate. Flowers 3-5 in axillary clusters. Corolla wheel-shaped but with a shallow tube c. 4 mm deep; lobes linear, dark purple. Outer corona with deeply divided and incised lobes, longer than the gymnostegium; inner lobes linear.
