Valeriana congesta congesta (Short Spur Seablush) is a subspecies of annual herb in the family Caprifoliaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Protosmia rubifloris, Andrena perplexa, Transverse Flower Fly, and Ceratina micheneri.
